【摘要】：正《區(qū)域創(chuàng)新系統(tǒng):多創(chuàng)新極共生演化模型與實(shí)證》是李子彪教授多年研究的新成果,2014年10月由知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)出版社出版,并獲得河北省社會(huì)科學(xué)重要學(xué)術(shù)著作出版資助項(xiàng)目資助。進(jìn)入新世紀(jì),特別是"十二五"以來,創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動(dòng)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略逐步深入人心。創(chuàng)新型國家建設(shè)離不開區(qū)域的創(chuàng)新。然而,如何科學(xué)建設(shè)區(qū)域創(chuàng)新體系進(jìn)而支撐創(chuàng)新型國家,如何監(jiān)測(cè)和測(cè)評(píng)區(qū)域創(chuàng)新體系,政策制定者仍未找到一條行之有效的途徑。創(chuàng)新
[Abstract]:Is "regional innovation system: multi innovation poles Symbiosis Evolution Model and empirical > is a new achievement of Professor Li Zibiao for many years of research, October 2014 by Intellectual Property Publishing House, and won the Hebei Academy of social sciences academic book publishing funded projects. In the new century, especially since 12th Five-Year, the development strategy of innovation driven innovation gradually popular. The construction of an innovative country cannot do without area. However, how to support the construction of regional innovation system and innovative country, how to monitoring and evaluation of regional innovation system, policy makers have yet to find an effective way of innovation.
