【摘要】：經過近30年的發(fā)展,獼猴桃已經成為四川省最具特色的水果產業(yè)之一,其栽培面積和產量均排名全國第二,在我國獼猴桃產業(yè)中具有重要地位。為進一步推動四川獼猴桃產業(yè)的健康可持續(xù)發(fā)展,進一步做大做強四川省獼猴桃產業(yè),更好的促進農民增收,本文依據產業(yè)經濟學、比較優(yōu)勢及農業(yè)競爭力等理論,對全省獼猴桃產業(yè)進行了深入分析,并提出了產業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略措施和對策建議。本論文的主要研究內容包括： 一、從獼猴桃栽培歷史、栽培面積、產量、標準化栽培水平、品種結構、進出口貿易、消費現(xiàn)狀等方面系統(tǒng)的分析了全國、全球的獼猴桃發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,為四川省獼猴桃產業(yè)提供了大量借鑒。 二、根據產業(yè)競爭力模型,從品種資源情況、種植面積、鮮果產量、投入產出、標準化栽培、商品化處理及加工、品牌營銷等方面分析了四川省獼猴產業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀。 三、運用SWOT分析方法,綜合分析了四川獼猴桃產業(yè)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀。其自身優(yōu)勢包括自然資源稟賦優(yōu)勢、具有自主知識產權的品種優(yōu)勢、產業(yè)發(fā)展基礎優(yōu)勢、產業(yè)發(fā)展機制模式優(yōu)勢、品牌建設優(yōu)勢；制約因素包括缺乏多元化的品種選育能力、標準化生產投入成本高、獼猴桃標準化栽培技術要求高；面臨的機遇主要為國內外強大的市場需求；面臨的外部環(huán)境威脅包括獼猴桃出口面臨技術貿易壁壘、潰瘍病等病蟲害威脅以及國內其他主產區(qū)的競爭威脅。 四、分析了四川獼猴桃產業(yè)存在的五大問題,即缺乏科學合理規(guī)劃、品種結構不甚合理、標準化栽培水平較低、商品化處理及加工設施欠缺、品牌營銷能力滯后。 五、根據對四川獼猴桃產業(yè)的優(yōu)劣勢分析,提出四川獼猴桃產業(yè)發(fā)展應走增長性戰(zhàn)略(S0)和多元化戰(zhàn)略(ST)。并提出實現(xiàn)四川獼猴桃產業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的7條建議,即科學規(guī)劃布局,集中打造優(yōu)勢產業(yè)帶；加大科研投入,加強科技對產業(yè)的技術支撐；不斷推廣新品種,優(yōu)化品種結構；加大標準化栽培技術的推廣和應用；加大對龍頭企業(yè)的引進和培育；加強品牌建設,不斷開拓國際市場；充分發(fā)揮政府作用,完善政策支持體系。 本文研究成果將為四川省獼猴桃主產區(qū)各級政府制定產業(yè)政策提供理論依據和智力支持,為四川獼猴桃產業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展提供借鑒,具有一定的現(xiàn)實意義。
[Abstract]:After nearly 30 years of development, kiwifruit has become one of the most characteristic fruit industries in Sichuan Province, and its cultivation area and yield rank second in China. In order to further promote the healthy and sustainable development of the kiwifruit industry in Sichuan Province, further expand and strengthen the kiwifruit industry in Sichuan Province, and better promote the farmers' income, this paper bases on the industrial economics, which plays an important role in the kiwifruit industry in China. Based on the theory of comparative advantage and agricultural competitiveness, this paper makes a thorough analysis of kiwifruit industry in the province, and puts forward the strategic measures and countermeasures for the sustainable development of the industry. The main research contents of this paper are as follows:. First, from the aspects of cultivation history, cultivation area, yield, standardized cultivation level, variety structure, import and export trade and consumption status of kiwifruit, this paper systematically analyzes the present situation of kiwifruit development in the whole country and the whole world. For the kiwifruit industry in Sichuan Province to provide a large number of reference. Secondly, according to the model of industrial competitiveness, the present situation of the development of rhesus monkey industry in Sichuan Province was analyzed from the aspects of variety resources, planting area, fresh fruit yield, input and output, standardized cultivation, commercialization and processing, brand marketing, etc. Thirdly, using the method of SWOT analysis, this paper synthetically analyzes the present situation of the development of kiwifruit industry in Sichuan province. Its own advantages include natural resource endowment advantage, variety advantage with independent intellectual property right, basic advantage of industry development. The advantages of industrial development mechanism model and brand construction include the lack of diversified breeding ability, the high cost of standardized production, and the high requirement of kiwifruit standardized cultivation technology. The main opportunities are the strong market demand at home and abroad, and the external environmental threats include technical barriers to trade, diseases and insect pests such as canker disease, and competition in other major production areas in China. Fourthly, the paper analyzes the five problems existing in kiwifruit industry in Sichuan, that is, lack of scientific and reasonable planning, unreasonable variety structure, low level of standardized cultivation, lack of commercial treatment and processing facilities, and lagging behind of brand marketing ability. Fifthly, based on the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the kiwifruit industry in Sichuan, the paper puts forward that the development of the kiwifruit industry in Sichuan should follow the growth strategy (S0) and the diversification strategy (STO), and puts forward seven suggestions for realizing the sustainable development strategy of the kiwifruit industry in Sichuan. That is, scientific planning and layout, focusing on building an advantageous industrial belt, increasing scientific research investment, strengthening the technical support of science and technology to the industry, constantly popularizing new varieties, optimizing the variety structure, increasing the popularization and application of standardized cultivation technology; To increase the introduction and cultivation of leading enterprises, to strengthen brand building, to continuously open up international markets, to give full play to the role of the government and to improve the policy support system. The research results of this paper will provide theoretical basis and intellectual support for the governments at all levels to formulate industrial policies in the main production areas of kiwifruit in Sichuan Province, and provide reference for the sustainable development of the kiwifruit industry in Sichuan Province, which is of certain practical significance.
