【摘要】：主要考察科技成果產(chǎn)業(yè)化過程中知識產(chǎn)權(quán)創(chuàng)業(yè)式界定的本質(zhì)特征及作用機(jī)理,圍繞著知識產(chǎn)權(quán)創(chuàng)業(yè)式界定是什么和如何影響產(chǎn)業(yè)化動力兩個問題展開。由于目前缺乏對知識產(chǎn)權(quán)創(chuàng)業(yè)式界定的系統(tǒng)考察,因此選擇6個中央企業(yè)的6個典型科技成果產(chǎn)業(yè)化項(xiàng)目為案例樣本。在規(guī)范的信息收集和數(shù)據(jù)編碼基礎(chǔ)上,通過典型事件的要素提煉、形態(tài)描述和機(jī)理分析,對技術(shù)成果產(chǎn)業(yè)化活動中的知識產(chǎn)權(quán)界定實(shí)踐與辦法進(jìn)行了內(nèi)涵界定,并給出了其影響科技人員的技術(shù)成果產(chǎn)業(yè)化動力的作用機(jī)制模型。貢獻(xiàn)在于:(1)提出了知識產(chǎn)權(quán)創(chuàng)業(yè)式界定的概念;(2)發(fā)現(xiàn)知識產(chǎn)權(quán)創(chuàng)業(yè)式界定通過資源再組合和實(shí)施成本來影響技術(shù)成果產(chǎn)業(yè)化動力。
[Abstract]:This paper mainly studies the essential characteristics and mechanism of the definition of intellectual property entrepreneurship in the industrialization of scientific and technological achievements. Focusing on the definition of intellectual property entrepreneurship and how to affect the industrialization of the two issues. Because of the lack of intellectual property entrepreneurial definition of the system, Therefore, six typical scientific and technological achievements industrialization projects of six central enterprises are selected as case samples. On the basis of standardized information collection and data coding, the elements of typical events are extracted, morphological description and mechanism analysis are carried out. The definition practice and method of intellectual property in the industrialization of technological achievements are defined. The contribution of this model is to put forward the concept of intellectual property entrepreneurship definition. (2) it is found that intellectual property entrepreneurship definition through the re-combination of resources and real. Cost to affect the industrialization of technological achievements power.
