【摘要】：當(dāng)前,我國產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作中的知識產(chǎn)權(quán)風(fēng)險控制工作相比以往有了明顯進步,知識產(chǎn)權(quán)保護意識不斷增強,法律制度不斷建立與健全,但還存在一些問題,如司法實踐難度大,缺乏專項法律制度,缺乏第三方監(jiān)督機制等。深入分析產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作中知識產(chǎn)權(quán)風(fēng)險問題及其原因,不斷完善法律保護制度,才能保障知識產(chǎn)權(quán)工作順利開展。
[Abstract]:At present, the work of intellectual property risk control in the cooperation of industry, university and research in our country has made obvious progress compared with the past, the consciousness of intellectual property protection has been strengthened constantly, the legal system has been established and perfected constantly, but there are still some problems, such as the difficulty of judicial practice. Lack of special legal system, lack of third party supervision mechanism, etc. In order to ensure the smooth development of intellectual property right work, we can deeply analyze the problems and reasons of intellectual property risk in the cooperation of industry, university and research, and constantly perfect the legal protection system.
