【摘要】：知識產(chǎn)權(quán)包括著作權(quán)、專利權(quán)和商標(biāo)權(quán),而在當(dāng)中,專利權(quán)對于企業(yè)的發(fā)展尤為重要。一家企業(yè)所掌握的專利的質(zhì)量和數(shù)量,直接決定了企業(yè)影響力和發(fā)展前景。但是因為世界上專利數(shù)量十分龐大,而且專利具有優(yōu)先權(quán)特性,申請專利前一定要確保專利獨創(chuàng)性,所以專利檢索就是十分必要的。本文主要介紹了一個使用JAVA語言編寫的專利垂直檢索引擎的開發(fā)過程。該系統(tǒng)以APACHE軟件基金會的開源項目 LUCENE和SOLR為基礎(chǔ),結(jié)合庖丁解牛分詞法,并通過分析原有功能和實際需求進(jìn)行多項擴(kuò)展,完善了原有檢索功能的基礎(chǔ)上也增加了專利相關(guān)的特性。系統(tǒng)包括數(shù)據(jù)檢索、關(guān)鍵詞高亮和數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計三大主要功能。測試農(nóng)明,該檢索引擎能夠高速準(zhǔn)確的完成TB級別的專利檢索。論文介紹了課題的研發(fā)背景和研發(fā)目的,并給出論文的結(jié)構(gòu)安排。解釋了相關(guān)相關(guān)概念和技術(shù),做出需求分析,對關(guān)鍵技術(shù)難點做出技術(shù)預(yù)研。然后從架構(gòu)設(shè)計、流程設(shè)計和模塊設(shè)計多方面依次進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)設(shè)計,并根據(jù)系統(tǒng)設(shè)計做出了代碼實現(xiàn)和軟件測試。最后,對整體工作進(jìn)行了總結(jié),歸納出系統(tǒng)的優(yōu)點和不足,并進(jìn)行了下一步工作展望。
[Abstract]:Intellectual property rights include copyright, patent rights and trademark rights. Among them, patent rights are particularly important for the development of an enterprise. The quality and quantity of patents held by an enterprise, But because the number of patents in the world is very large and patents have priority characteristics, it is necessary to ensure patent originality before applying for a patent. So patent retrieval is very necessary. This paper mainly introduces the development process of a patent vertical retrieval engine written in JAVA language. The system is based on LUCENE and SOLR, an open source project of APACHE Software Foundation. Combined with Pao Ding Jie Niu participle method, and by analyzing the original function and actual demand for several extensions, the original retrieval function is improved and patent related characteristics are added. The system includes data retrieval. Key words highlight and data statistics three main functions. Testing Nong Ming, this search engine can complete the TB class patent retrieval with high speed and accuracy. This paper introduces the research and development background and purpose of the research and development. The structure arrangement of the paper is given. The related concepts and techniques are explained, the requirement analysis is made, and the key technical difficulties are studied. Then, the system design is carried out from architecture design, process design and module design. Finally, the whole work is summarized, the advantages and disadvantages of the system are summarized, and the future work is prospected.
