【摘要】：文章在分析1995年以來(lái)中國(guó)外貿(mào)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)情況的基礎(chǔ)上,通過(guò)構(gòu)建VAR模型,實(shí)證分析知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)保護(hù)對(duì)中國(guó)外貿(mào)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)的影響,結(jié)果表明:我國(guó)外貿(mào)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)整體上保持上升態(tài)勢(shì),但存在不可持續(xù)性;知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)保護(hù)對(duì)外貿(mào)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)過(guò)程中出現(xiàn)的波動(dòng)性解釋程度達(dá)到7.98%,且具有長(zhǎng)期的正向影響作用。因此,在中國(guó)外貿(mào)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)過(guò)程中,需加強(qiáng)知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)保護(hù),加快形成基于技術(shù)的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,打造一批具有自主知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)的產(chǎn)品和企業(yè)。
[Abstract]:Based on the analysis of the situation of China's foreign trade transformation and upgrading since 1995, this paper empirically analyzes the impact of intellectual property protection on China's foreign trade transformation and upgrading through the construction of VAR model. The results show that China's foreign trade transformation and upgrading has maintained a rising trend as a whole, but it is not sustainable, and the degree of volatility explained by intellectual property protection in the process of foreign trade transformation and upgrading is 7.98, and has a long-term positive effect. In the process of transformation and upgrading of China's foreign trade, it is necessary to strengthen the protection of intellectual property rights, accelerate the formation of technology-based core competitiveness, and create a number of products and enterprises with independent intellectual property rights.
