【摘要】：正中共甘肅省委黨校法學(xué)教研部講師李琰主持完成的國家社會科學(xué)基金西部項目(項目批準(zhǔn)號為08XTQ004 ),最終成果為專著及研究報告"國家科學(xué)數(shù)據(jù)共享戰(zhàn)略的知識產(chǎn)權(quán)保護機制研究",鑒定結(jié)果為良。國家科學(xué)數(shù)據(jù)共享是在國家統(tǒng)一規(guī)劃下通過整合離散的科學(xué)數(shù)據(jù)資源,構(gòu)建面向全社會管理與共享服務(wù)體系,以期實現(xiàn)對科學(xué)數(shù)據(jù)資源的高效利用,它是國家創(chuàng)新體系
