衛(wèi)生知識產(chǎn)權(quán)人才培養(yǎng)機制與培訓(xùn)體系構(gòu)建

【摘要】:目的通過分析現(xiàn)有的知識產(chǎn)權(quán)人才培養(yǎng)相關(guān)文獻了解現(xiàn)狀,為構(gòu)建衛(wèi)生知識產(chǎn)權(quán)人才培養(yǎng)機制與培訓(xùn)體系提供參考意見。方法制定檢索詞及檢索策略,共檢索相關(guān)文獻90篇,根據(jù)已定文獻納入及排除標(biāo)準(zhǔn),最終納入文獻7篇,最終納入分析7篇。結(jié)果我國知識產(chǎn)權(quán)人才培養(yǎng)取得了很大的進步,但衛(wèi)生知識產(chǎn)權(quán)人才培養(yǎng)機制與培養(yǎng)體系仍不夠完善,存在人才培養(yǎng)意識不夠、人才結(jié)構(gòu)不合理、師資力量不足等問題。結(jié)論建立醫(yī)學(xué)院校、醫(yī)院、衛(wèi)生專利代理機構(gòu)共同合作的衛(wèi)生知識產(chǎn)權(quán)人才培養(yǎng)體系,構(gòu)建衛(wèi)生知識產(chǎn)權(quán)人才庫,設(shè)置高端衛(wèi)生知識產(chǎn)權(quán)人才培養(yǎng)計劃。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the current situation of intellectual property personnel training and provide reference for the establishment of health intellectual property talent training mechanism and training system. Methods the key words and retrieval strategies were formulated and 90 related documents were retrieved. According to the standard of inclusion and exclusion, 7 articles were included and 7 articles were analyzed. Results the training of intellectual property talents in China has made great progress, but the training mechanism and system of health intellectual property talents are still not perfect. There are some problems such as insufficient consciousness of talent training, unreasonable structure of talents, shortage of teachers and so on. Conclusion the training system of health intellectual property talents, which is cooperated by medical colleges, hospitals and health patent agencies, should be established. Build the talent pool of health intellectual property, set up the high-end health intellectual property talent training plan.
