【摘要】：《知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)法》課堂教學(xué)存在效率低下、學(xué)生厭學(xué)、怠學(xué)等問(wèn)題。營(yíng)造活躍的《知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)法》課堂教學(xué)氛圍,要求教師教學(xué)不能局限于授課本身。從學(xué)生管理角度著眼于提高《知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)法》教學(xué)的有效性,要體察學(xué)情,充分做好教前準(zhǔn)備工作;要換位思考,注重《知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)法》教學(xué)過(guò)程的生動(dòng)性、教學(xué)手段的多樣性、教學(xué)效果的實(shí)用性;還要做到教學(xué)內(nèi)容與時(shí)俱進(jìn),理論與實(shí)踐并重,趣味性與專業(yè)性并存。
[Abstract]:There are some problems in the classroom teaching, such as inefficiency, students' weariness of learning, and so on. From the point of view of student management, we should focus on improving the effectiveness of the "intellectual property Law" teaching, observe the learning situation, do the preparation work before teaching, and think about the change of position, which requires that the teacher's teaching should not be limited to the teaching itself. Attention should be paid to the vividness of the teaching process, the variety of teaching means, the practicability of teaching effect, the keeping pace with the times, the equal emphasis of theory and practice, and the coexistence of interest and specialty.
