【摘要】：實(shí)踐形成了中國(guó)高鐵"走出去"知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施的個(gè)體化內(nèi)在機(jī)制。根據(jù)中國(guó)高鐵國(guó)家主導(dǎo)的多方協(xié)同創(chuàng)新模式,集勘察設(shè)計(jì)、建筑施工與裝備制造、運(yùn)營(yíng)管理于一體的體系化模式,以及知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)聯(lián)盟的助推力,應(yīng)當(dāng)建立知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)聯(lián)盟作為中國(guó)高鐵"走出去"知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)戰(zhàn)略的內(nèi)在實(shí)施機(jī)制。建立中國(guó)高鐵"走出去"的知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)聯(lián)盟應(yīng)以"共享成果,持續(xù)創(chuàng)新"為理念,主管部門主導(dǎo),建立國(guó)內(nèi)知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)聯(lián)盟,并且應(yīng)當(dāng)以"公司制"為組織管理形態(tài)。
[Abstract]:Practice of China high iron "going out" the implementation of intellectual property strategy of individual internal mechanism. According to the multi collaborative innovation model of high iron China leading countries, in survey and design, construction and equipment manufacturing, the mode of integrated operation management system, and Intellectual Property Alliance thrust, should establish intellectual property alliance as the internal implementation mechanism of Chinese high-speed rail "going out" strategy of intellectual property rights. The establishment of Intellectual Property Alliance Chinese high-speed rail "going out" to "share results, continuous innovation" concept, the competent department of leadership, the establishment of a domestic intellectual property alliance, and should be a "corporation" as the forms of organization and management.
