【摘要】:隨著無(wú)線電技術(shù)的發(fā)展應(yīng)用和頻率資源的緊張,頻率源的頻率越來(lái)越高,實(shí)現(xiàn)難度也越來(lái)越大。頻率源是無(wú)線電系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)高性能指標(biāo)的關(guān)鍵部分之一,很多無(wú)線電系統(tǒng)的實(shí)現(xiàn)都直接或間接依賴于頻率源的性能,對(duì)頻率源的頻譜純度、精度、頻率分辨率和轉(zhuǎn)換時(shí)間等指標(biāo)提出了越來(lái)越高的要求,推動(dòng)了頻率源技術(shù)的發(fā)展。本文設(shè)計(jì)的X波段頻率源,采用以雙模分頻頻率合成器為核心的鎖相頻率合成技術(shù)。首先介紹了課題背景和頻率合成技術(shù)的國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀;其次介紹了鎖相環(huán)原理和鎖相環(huán)性能;結(jié)合項(xiàng)目技術(shù)要求,確定了項(xiàng)目方案和主要芯片,分析了項(xiàng)目的技術(shù)參數(shù),設(shè)計(jì)了頻率源的硬件電路和控制軟件;最后分析了頻率源的電磁兼容性,實(shí)現(xiàn)了工程應(yīng)用。本文設(shè)計(jì)的X波段微波頻率源,技術(shù)參數(shù)達(dá)到設(shè)計(jì)要求,能夠滿足接收裝置的需求,具有獨(dú)立的知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán),為未來(lái)頻率源的研發(fā)打下了堅(jiān)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:With the development and application of radio technology and the shortage of frequency resources, the frequency of the frequency source is becoming more and more high, and the realization of the frequency source is becoming more and more difficult. Frequency source is one of the key parts of the radio system to achieve the high performance index. Many radio systems are directly or indirectly dependent on the performance of the frequency source, the frequency source of the spectral purity, accuracy, frequency resolution and conversion time and other indicators put forward more and more high requirements. It promotes the development of frequency source technology. The X-band frequency source is designed in this paper. The phase-locked frequency synthesizer with dual-mode frequency divider as the core is adopted. Firstly, the background of the subject and the research status of frequency synthesizer at home and abroad are introduced. Secondly, the principle of PLL and the performance of PLL are introduced. According to the technical requirements of the project, the project scheme and main chips are determined, the technical parameters of the project are analyzed, and the hardware circuit and control software of the frequency source are designed. Finally, the electromagnetic compatibility of the frequency source is analyzed, and the engineering application is realized. The X-band microwave frequency source designed in this paper meets the design requirements, can meet the needs of the receiving device, and has independent intellectual property rights. For the future frequency source research and development laid a solid foundation.
