【摘要】：西藏扎囊縣氆氌手工業(yè)具有悠久的發(fā)展歷史,這種傳統(tǒng)民族手工業(yè)在參與到現(xiàn)代經(jīng)濟(jì)的過(guò)程中逐步走向產(chǎn)業(yè)化。面對(duì)新時(shí)期的機(jī)遇與挑戰(zhàn),需要處理好傳承保護(hù)與開(kāi)發(fā)利用的辯證關(guān)系。文章基于實(shí)地調(diào)查資料,深入了解扎囊縣氆氌手工業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀并分析存在的問(wèn)題,認(rèn)為制約其長(zhǎng)期發(fā)展的瓶頸因素主要集中在資金力量薄弱、產(chǎn)業(yè)化程度低、產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量參差不齊、工藝保護(hù)及產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新均有待加強(qiáng)、品牌及知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)意識(shí)淡薄、人力資源匱乏以及生態(tài)環(huán)境污染問(wèn)題等,并提出相關(guān)對(duì)策,以期更好地發(fā)揮扎囊縣氆氌手工業(yè)在保護(hù)與開(kāi)發(fā)民族優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化與促進(jìn)地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的作用。
[Abstract]:The handicraft industry of Zachu County in Tibet has a long history of development. This kind of traditional handicraft industry is gradually moving towards industrialization in the process of participating in the modern economy, and facing the opportunities and challenges in the new period. It is necessary to deal with the dialectical relationship between heritage protection and exploitation and utilization. Based on the field investigation data, the article deeply understands the present situation of the development of handicraft industry in Zachu County and analyzes the existing problems. The bottleneck factors that restrict its long-term development mainly focus on weak capital, low degree of industrialization, uneven product quality, process protection and product innovation, and weak awareness of brand and intellectual property. The problems of human resource shortage and ecological environment pollution are put forward in order to give full play to the role of handicraft industry in protecting and developing the excellent traditional culture of the nation and promoting the development of regional economy.
