【摘要】：正加強(qiáng)職務(wù)犯罪預(yù)防工作,是檢察機(jī)關(guān)強(qiáng)化法律監(jiān)督職能的需要,也是全面推進(jìn)依法治國(guó)的必然要求。如何緊緊圍繞"四個(gè)全面"戰(zhàn)略布局,認(rèn)真落實(shí)從嚴(yán)治黨政治責(zé)任,進(jìn)一步完善職務(wù)犯罪預(yù)防工作的新舉措、新機(jī)制,不斷提升職務(wù)犯罪預(yù)防工作水平,筆者認(rèn)為,應(yīng)著力做好以下五個(gè)方面工作。第一,構(gòu)建職務(wù)犯罪預(yù)防工作輿論引導(dǎo)機(jī)制,著
