【摘要】：正單位賄賂犯罪是我國賄賂犯罪的重要組成部分,有效懲治單位賄賂犯罪對我國當(dāng)前的反腐敗工作具有重要意義。我國刑法規(guī)定對單位賄賂犯罪的治理起到了積極的作用,但面對日益高發(fā)、形式多樣的單位賄賂犯罪現(xiàn)象,治理任務(wù)仍然十分艱巨。目前,國外對此類犯罪的治理有哪些新的進(jìn)展和經(jīng)驗(yàn)可供借鑒?我們應(yīng)當(dāng)如何進(jìn)一步創(chuàng)新單位賄賂犯罪治理模式?帶著一系列問題,本刊記者采訪了北京師范大學(xué)刑事法律科學(xué)研究院周振杰教授。
[Abstract]:The crime of unit bribery is an important part of the crime of bribery in our country. It is of great significance to punish the crime of bribery of unit effectively for the current anti-corruption work of our country. The criminal law of our country has played a positive role in the management of the crime of unit bribery, but in the face of the increasingly high incidence and various forms of the crime of unit bribery, the task of governance is still very arduous. At present, what new progress and experience can be used for reference in the governance of such crimes abroad? How should we further innovate the unit bribery crime governance model? With a series of questions, our reporter interviewed Professor Zhou Zhenjie, Research Institute of Criminal Law, Beijing normal University.
