【摘要】：在習(xí)近平總書記的嚴肅反腐思潮下,多位省部級高官相繼落馬,這一記反腐重錘,錘落的不再是老年官員,而是呈現(xiàn)中年化趨勢的骨干干部。調(diào)查可見,上個世紀呈現(xiàn)的退休前老年干部職務(wù)犯罪傾向已經(jīng)明顯下降,取而代之的是以40-50歲中年干部居多。文章通過分析這些中年干部的職務(wù)犯罪心理,給予了良好的心理干預(yù)應(yīng)對。
[Abstract]:Under President Xi Jinping's serious anti-corruption trend, several senior provincial and ministerial officials have been knocked down. The hammer is no longer the senior officials, but the backbone cadres who are showing a trend of middle age. The investigation shows that the tendency of the retired old cadres to commit crimes in the past century has obviously decreased, and the majority of the middle-aged cadres aged 40 to 50 are in their place. Through analyzing the duty crime psychology of these middle-aged cadres, the article gives a good psychological intervention.
