【摘要】：每當(dāng)換屆之年來臨,就是賄選的高發(fā)之年。通過分析近十多年賄選的特點(diǎn):從實(shí)官到虛官、從自己出錢到他人出錢、從隱蔽到公開、從打通一個人到打通朋友圈等,有利于防止賄選案件的再發(fā)與高發(fā)。
[Abstract]:When the year of change comes, it is the year of bribery. By analyzing the characteristics of bribery election in the past ten years: from real officials to virtual officials, from giving money to others, from concealment to publicity, from opening up a person to beating up the circle of friends and so on, it is helpful to prevent the recurrence and high rate of bribery election cases.
