【摘要】：正據(jù)新華社電江蘇省常州市中級人民法院11日公開宣判中國科學(xué)技術(shù)協(xié)會(huì)原黨組書記、常務(wù)副主席申維辰受賄案,對被告人申維辰以受賄罪判處無期徒刑,剝奪政治權(quán)利終身,并處沒收個(gè)人全部財(cái)產(chǎn);對申維辰受賄所得財(cái)物予以追繳,上繳國庫。經(jīng)審理查明:1992年至2014年,被告人申維辰先后利用擔(dān)任山西省體育運(yùn)動(dòng)委員會(huì)主任,晉中地委書記,晉中市委書記,山西省委常委、宣傳部長,太原市
[Abstract]:According to Xinhua News Agency, the Intermediate people's Court of Changzhou City, Jiangsu Province, on the 11th publicly sentenced the former Party member and executive vice chairman of the China Association of Science and Technology, Shen Weichen, in the bribery case, and sentenced the defendant, Shen Weichen, to life imprisonment for taking bribes and depriving him of political rights for life.
