【摘要】：刑法學(xué)作為一門部門法學(xué)科,主要是對(duì)犯罪與刑罰相關(guān)的問題予以研究。在對(duì)刑法學(xué)科的教學(xué)過程中,在和理論知識(shí)準(zhǔn)確傳輸?shù)倪^程中,將理論知識(shí)與實(shí)踐案件結(jié)合起來,用理論知識(shí)來解決實(shí)踐問題,案例教學(xué)在整個(gè)刑法學(xué)的教學(xué)過程中發(fā)揮著重要的作用。案例的選擇工作直接決定了案例教學(xué)的效果,如何更好的選擇案例,是教學(xué)準(zhǔn)備工作一項(xiàng)重要的任務(wù)。案例選擇需要遵循一定的原則和標(biāo)準(zhǔn),以達(dá)到案例教學(xué)的目標(biāo)。任何教學(xué)方法都應(yīng)注意因地制宜,做到適量、準(zhǔn)確,避免過度使用而出現(xiàn)新的誤區(qū)。刑法授課中應(yīng)避免案例教學(xué)比重過高使其他教學(xué)方式被完全或者部分代替。
[Abstract]:As a branch of law, criminal law is mainly concerned with crime and penalty. In the course of teaching criminal law, and in the process of accurate transmission of theoretical knowledge, we combine theoretical knowledge with practical cases, and use theoretical knowledge to solve practical problems. Case teaching plays an important role in the teaching of criminal law. Case selection directly determines the effect of case teaching. How to better choose case is an important task of teaching preparation. Case selection needs to follow certain principles and standards in order to achieve the goal of case teaching. Any teaching method should pay attention to local conditions, do the right amount, accurate, avoid overuse and new mistakes. In the course of criminal law teaching, it is necessary to avoid the over-proportion of case teaching so that other teaching methods are completely or partially replaced.
