【摘要】：大數(shù)據(jù)時代的來臨對當(dāng)今社會產(chǎn)生了深刻的影響,隨著我國單身成年男性人口的增加,強奸犯罪隱患加大,然而,網(wǎng)絡(luò)的廣泛普及使非婚性行為的產(chǎn)生更加容易,強奸犯罪的發(fā)案率出現(xiàn)逐步下降的趨勢,同時,也使強奸犯罪的手段和方式趨向復(fù)雜化,較之熟人強奸和陌生人強奸,網(wǎng)友強奸顯現(xiàn)出了其特殊性。對網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境下強奸犯罪的趨勢和特點進行系統(tǒng)的實證分析,對于預(yù)防和控制此類犯罪的發(fā)生具有重要的理論意義和實踐價值。
[Abstract]:The advent of big data's era has had a profound impact on today's society. With the increase in the number of single adult men in China, the hidden dangers of rape have increased. However, the widespread popularity of the Internet has made it easier to produce non-marital sex. The incidence rate of rape crime is decreasing gradually, at the same time, it also complicates the means and methods of rape crime. Compared with acquaintance rape and stranger rape, the rape of net friend shows its particularity. It is of great theoretical and practical value to analyze the trend and characteristics of rape crime in the network environment and to prevent and control the occurrence of this kind of crime.
