【摘要】：近年來(lái)發(fā)生在醫(yī)療系統(tǒng)中的職務(wù)犯罪案件比較突出,具有涉案人員集中,窩案、串案多,作案頻繁、持續(xù)時(shí)間長(zhǎng)等特點(diǎn)。這些案件的發(fā)生,不僅侵害了國(guó)家醫(yī)療監(jiān)管和衛(wèi)生防疫秩序,同時(shí)也給人民群眾的利益造成一定的損失,加重了民生問(wèn)題,滋生了腐敗及道德敗壞現(xiàn)象。對(duì)此要加強(qiáng)教育先導(dǎo),構(gòu)筑拒腐防變的思想屏障,推行陽(yáng)光工程,積極打造保障民生的制度基礎(chǔ),保障醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生行業(yè)管理秩序。
[Abstract]:The cases of job-related crimes that have occurred in the medical system in recent years are quite prominent, with the characteristics of concentrated personnel involved, numerous cases, frequent crimes, and long duration. These cases have occurred. It not only infringes the national medical supervision and health and epidemic prevention order, but also causes certain losses to the interests of the people, exacerbates livelihood problems, breeds corruption and moral corruption. To construct the ideological barrier of resisting corruption and preventing degeneration, to carry out sunshine project, to create the system foundation of protecting people's livelihood and to guarantee the management order of medical and health industry.
