【摘要】："一帶一路"建設(shè)背景下,腐敗風(fēng)險(xiǎn)成為中國(guó)企業(yè)海外投資運(yùn)營(yíng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)防控的重點(diǎn)。"一帶一路"沿線國(guó)家的政治環(huán)境、商業(yè)環(huán)境、政策制度、宗教文化是腐敗風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的重要"風(fēng)險(xiǎn)源"。投資決策、產(chǎn)權(quán)交易、招標(biāo)投標(biāo)、項(xiàng)目運(yùn)營(yíng)是腐敗風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的高發(fā)"節(jié)點(diǎn)"。應(yīng)從搭建政府間聯(lián)絡(luò)機(jī)制、加強(qiáng)立法監(jiān)管、完善企業(yè)內(nèi)控機(jī)制、重塑商業(yè)道德方面構(gòu)建腐敗風(fēng)險(xiǎn)防控體系。
[Abstract]:Against the background of "Belt and Road" construction, the risk of corruption has become the focus of risk prevention and control of Chinese enterprises' overseas investment and operation. The political environment, business environment and policy system of the countries along the "Belt and Road" line. Religious culture is an important "risk source" of corruption risk. Investment decision, property right transaction, bidding and project operation are the nodes of high risk of corruption. Perfect the enterprise internal control mechanism, rebuild the business ethics aspect to construct the corruption risk prevention and control system.
