【摘要】：近幾年,隨著科技和經(jīng)濟(jì)的跨越式發(fā)展,網(wǎng)絡(luò)覆蓋遍及大小角落,微信通訊平臺(tái)使用更為普及。2011年1月微信軟件正式推出,起初是作為一款進(jìn)行即時(shí)通信服務(wù)的應(yīng)用程序而研發(fā)的。隨著微信軟件功能的不斷創(chuàng)新升級(jí),其功能日益多樣便捷集社交、娛樂、消費(fèi)、提供公共服務(wù)等于一體。此時(shí)的微信已不再單純的只是一個(gè)手機(jī)的聊天應(yīng)用軟件,其已然成為中國(guó)電子革命的典型代表,成為人們生活中不可或缺的日常使用工具。然而任何新事物的出現(xiàn)都是一柄雙刃劍,微信在給我們的生活帶來便利和色彩的同時(shí),亦伴隨著與之相關(guān)的犯罪的滋生和蔓延,其中利用微信實(shí)施的賭博犯罪迅速蔓延。微信紅包游戲本是移動(dòng)社交與娛樂相結(jié)合的產(chǎn)物,愉悅方便著大眾生活,然而一些不法分子卻乘機(jī)打起了‘微信紅包’的歪主意,加之自己的精心"鉆研",使其悄然演變?yōu)榉⻊?wù)于賭博的隱形工具,從而牟取暴利,敗壞社會(huì)風(fēng)氣,擾亂社會(huì)秩序,對(duì)社會(huì)危害極為嚴(yán)重。因此,本文筆者將就現(xiàn)實(shí)生活中出現(xiàn)的以微信紅包進(jìn)行變相賭博活動(dòng)的行為進(jìn)行揭露剖析,從而對(duì)新時(shí)代下的新型社交網(wǎng)絡(luò)賭博犯罪加以分析并提出應(yīng)對(duì)及防控對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of science and technology and economy, the network covers all corners, and the use of WeChat communication platform is more popular. In January 2011, WeChat software was officially launched. Originally developed as an application for instant messaging services, WeChat features have become increasingly diverse and convenient for social, entertainment and consumer use. Providing public services is an integral whole. WeChat is no longer just a mobile phone chat app, it has become a typical example of China's electronic revolution. It has become an indispensable tool of daily use in people's life. However, the emergence of any new thing is a double-edged sword, WeChat brings convenience and color to our life at the same time. It is accompanied by the breeding and spread of related crimes, in which the gambling crimes implemented by WeChat spread rapidly. WeChat red packet game is the combination of mobile social and entertainment, and it is convenient for the public to live. However, some lawless elements took the opportunity to strike up the 'WeChat red packet' crooked idea, coupled with their careful "research", so that it quietly evolved into a hidden tool to serve gambling, thus making huge profits and destroying social ethos. Disturbing the social order is extremely serious to the social harm. Therefore, the author will expose and analyze the behavior of WeChat red packet in the real life to carry on the disguised gambling activity. Therefore, this paper analyzes the new social network gambling crime in the new era and puts forward countermeasures for prevention and control.
