【摘要】：憲法監(jiān)督指國家為了監(jiān)控、督促憲法實施而建立的各項制度的總稱。國家深化改革,需要完善憲法監(jiān)督制度。憲法監(jiān)督有助于實施憲法,憲法監(jiān)督正是在憲法實施的基礎上實現(xiàn)的。憲法的實施是憲法的內容在現(xiàn)實中得到落實。由于憲法主要解決人民與國家的關系問題、人民如何行使主權問題、公民與國家權力之間的關系問題、國家機關之間的關系問題、中央與地方的關系問題等五個主要方面的問題,所以,憲法監(jiān)督的邏輯基礎正是基于這些問題及背后的憲法理論。憲法監(jiān)督源于憲法自身的內容,源于憲法自身的生命力。憲法的核心內容,正是憲法監(jiān)督的基礎。
[Abstract]:Constitutional supervision refers to the state in order to monitor, urge the implementation of the Constitution and the establishment of the system. The country deepens the reform, needs to consummate the constitution supervisory system. Constitutional supervision is conducive to the implementation of the Constitution, which is based on the implementation of the Constitution. The implementation of the Constitution is the implementation of the content of the Constitution in reality. Since the Constitution mainly addresses the question of the relationship between the people and the state, the question of how the people exercise their sovereignty, the relationship between citizens and state power, and the relationship between state organs, The relationship between the central government and the local government has five main problems, so the logical foundation of constitutional supervision is based on these problems and the constitutional theory behind it. Constitutional supervision originates from the content of the constitution itself and from the vitality of the constitution itself. The core content of the constitution is the foundation of constitutional supervision.
