【摘要】：習(xí)近平總書記指出“憲法的生命在于實施,憲法的權(quán)威也在于實施�！睉椃ㄊ俏覈母敬蠓�。從憲法的產(chǎn)生到不斷的發(fā)展演變歷經(jīng)了上百年的歷史,并且在不同的歷史時期具有著獨特的階段特點,隨著社會發(fā)展的不斷變遷而在進(jìn)步完善著。對憲法實施問題開展研究,必須要充分地認(rèn)識到憲法的發(fā)展演變歷程,對中西方憲法發(fā)展史進(jìn)行認(rèn)真剖析。特別是在當(dāng)前,我國社會主義法治不斷發(fā)展完善,社會主義政治文明不斷進(jìn)步。在新形勢下,如何更好地完善我國以憲法為核心的中國特色社會主義法律體系是當(dāng)務(wù)之急。本文認(rèn)為,在當(dāng)前,我們必須全面切實貫徹十八屆四中全會精神,進(jìn)一步完善憲法實施,加強和改進(jìn)立法工作,推動我國社會主義法律體系不斷發(fā)展并完善。為中國特色社會主義事業(yè)的不斷進(jìn)步和中華民族的偉大復(fù)興提供更加堅強有力的法律層面和制度層面上的保障。
[Abstract]:General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out that "the life of the Constitution lies in its implementation, and the authority of the Constitution lies in its implementation." the Constitution is the fundamental law of our country. And in the different historical period has the unique stage characteristic, along with the social development unceasing vicissitude but in the progress consummates. To carry on the research to the constitution implementation question, must fully realize the constitution development evolution course, The history of the development of Chinese and Western constitutions is seriously analyzed. Especially at present, the socialist rule of law in our country is constantly developing and perfecting, and socialist political civilization is constantly progressing. Under the new situation, How to better improve China's constitution-centered socialist legal system with Chinese characteristics is an urgent matter. This paper holds that, at present, we must comprehensively and conscientiously implement the spirit of the fourth Plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee and further improve the implementation of the Constitution. Strengthening and improving legislation, To promote the continuous development and perfection of our socialist legal system and to provide a stronger and more powerful legal and institutional guarantee for the continuous progress of the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics and the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
