【摘要】：憲法作為一國的根本大法,無論是它的制定還是修改,都對一國的法律發(fā)展有著重要的意義。而對其它國家憲法的制定和修改中采取的方式,程序以及修改的內(nèi)容進行借鑒,去其糟粕,取其精華,這對我國憲法發(fā)展有著重要的意義。 中俄兩國比鄰而居,有著許多相似之處。那段相似的歷史更是對我國的文化發(fā)展有著不可替代的影響。本文就是以俄羅斯聯(lián)邦的憲法修改史為例,進行剖析,對憲法修改的相關(guān)內(nèi)容予以論述。 本文共分六個部分： 一、引言。是對本文的研究目的和論述方法的一個總的概括。 二、憲法修改的基本理論。首先對憲法修改及一些相關(guān)的理論進行闡述,對憲法修改有一個基本的認識。在理論上對憲法修改做總的認識。 三、俄羅斯聯(lián)邦憲法改的基本規(guī)定。該部分對俄聯(lián)邦憲法的現(xiàn)行的一些規(guī)定內(nèi)容作了詳盡的論述。 四、俄羅斯聯(lián)邦憲法修改的實踐。在這一部分對俄羅斯聯(lián)邦在解體前的憲法修改史進行了簡述,重點對解體后制定的1993年現(xiàn)行憲法進行了論述,其中的重點就是總統(tǒng)制的發(fā)展和演變。 五、俄羅斯聯(lián)邦憲法修改對我國的啟示。無論對外國憲法有怎樣的論述和評價,其最終的目的還是為了從中找到可以借鑒的內(nèi)容,本文也不例外,從俄羅斯聯(lián)邦憲法的修改歷程中找到對我國有用的東西,才是本文的最終目的。 六、結(jié)語。是對全文中心內(nèi)容的總結(jié)。
[Abstract]:As a fundamental law of a country , the constitution of a country is of great significance to the legal development of a country . There are many similarities between the two countries in China and Russia . The similar history has an irreplaceable influence on the cultural development of our country . This article takes the constitutional amendment history of the Russian Federation as an example , and discusses the relevant contents of the constitutional amendment . This article is divided into six parts : I . Introduction . It is a general generalization of the research purpose and the discussion method in this paper . Second , the basic theory of constitutional amendment . Firstly , it expounds the constitutional amendment and some related theories , and has a basic understanding of the constitutional amendment . III . The basic provisions of the constitutional reform of the Russian Federation are discussed in detail in the current provisions of the constitution of the Russian Federation . The constitutional revision history of the Russian Federation before the dissolution of the Russian Federation was briefly described in this section , focusing on the current constitution of 1993 , which was developed after the dissolution , with a focus on the development and evolution of the presidential system . 5 . The amendment to the constitution of the Russian Federation is of great significance to our country . No matter what the discussion and appraisal of the foreign constitution , its ultimate aim is to find the content that can be used for reference , this article is not the exception . It is the ultimate aim of this article to find something useful to our country from the course of the revision of the constitution of the Russian Federation . VI . Conclusion . It is the summary of the content of the full - text center .
