【摘要】：正推進"以審判為中心"的訴訟制度改革,必須實現(xiàn)庭審實質(zhì)化。庭審實質(zhì)化改革本質(zhì)是以公正審判取代不公正的審判,需要以司法理念的更新為前提,以制度變革為保障。要以公正司法的理念推進庭審實質(zhì)化改革,主要有兩個方面的原因:一方面,只有堅持以公正司法的理念推進庭審實質(zhì)化改革,相應的技術(shù)設計才會公正合理,相應的制度變革才會有正確的方向。另一方面,與以"專
