【摘要】：正上世紀(jì)70年代早期,運(yùn)用志愿調(diào)解者的社區(qū)調(diào)解實(shí)驗(yàn)項(xiàng)目在美國(guó)幾個(gè)主要城市開始運(yùn)行。這些項(xiàng)目如此成功,以致后20年間,全美數(shù)百個(gè)社區(qū)調(diào)解項(xiàng)目建立�！�1〕2011年,美國(guó)社區(qū)調(diào)解項(xiàng)目達(dá)400多個(gè),全職員工1300多人,調(diào)解志愿者超過20000人,受委托案件40多萬件。志愿者每年人均奉獻(xiàn)35小時(shí)調(diào)解當(dāng)?shù)丶m紛,按當(dāng)前行業(yè)價(jià)值26.83美元/小時(shí)計(jì)算,每個(gè)項(xiàng)目得到的志愿服務(wù)價(jià)
[Abstract]:In the early 1970s, community mediation pilot programs using voluntary mediators began operating in major cities in the United States. These programs were so successful that in the next 20 years hundreds of community mediation programs were established across the United States. (1) in 2011, there were more than 400 community mediation programs in the United States, more than 1300 full-time employees, more than 20000 mediation volunteers and more than 400,000 entrusted cases. Volunteers devote 35 hours per year to resolving local disputes, based on the current industry value of $26.83 per hour, the value of volunteer service per project
