【摘要】：當(dāng)前,在對有暴力傾向精神病人管控工作中,普遍存在防治信息收集困難、防治體系薄弱、康復(fù)后回歸社會難等問題,導(dǎo)致國內(nèi)精神病人暴力犯罪事件頻發(fā),對公共安全和社會穩(wěn)定造成極大危害。為此,應(yīng)進(jìn)一步建立健全相關(guān)法律法規(guī),切實加大對精神衛(wèi)生事業(yè)的投入,對有暴力傾向精神病人建立一套從犯罪事前防控到事后救助的完整管控體系,以有效地預(yù)防和減少精神病患者的暴力犯罪事件。
[Abstract]:At present, in the management and control of mentally ill patients with violent tendencies, there are generally problems such as difficulty in collecting prevention and control information, weak prevention and treatment system, and difficulty in returning to society after recovery, which leads to frequent violent crime incidents of mental patients in China. It does great harm to public safety and social stability. To this end, we should further establish and improve relevant laws and regulations, effectively increase investment in mental health undertakings, and establish a complete control system for mental patients with a tendency to violence from crime prevention and control before and after the event to relief. In order to effectively prevent and reduce the incidence of violent crime of mental patients.
