【摘要】：正加強(qiáng)和創(chuàng)新社會(huì)管理,是我國新時(shí)期社會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)型的新要求,是社會(huì)管理領(lǐng)域的一場(chǎng)改革。監(jiān)所檢察是法律賦予我國檢察機(jī)關(guān)的一項(xiàng)重要職能,承擔(dān)著對(duì)刑罰執(zhí)行和監(jiān)管活動(dòng)進(jìn)行法律監(jiān)督的重要職責(zé),在依法打擊犯罪,保障被監(jiān)管人合法權(quán)益,促進(jìn)刑罰正確執(zhí)行和監(jiān)管活動(dòng)依法文明管理,維護(hù)社會(huì)和諧穩(wěn)定等方面發(fā)揮著不可替代的作用。全面履行監(jiān)所檢察職能,積極參與加強(qiáng)和創(chuàng)新社會(huì)管理,是當(dāng)前和今后一個(gè)時(shí)期監(jiān)所檢察部門面臨的一項(xiàng)重大
[Abstract]:Strengthening and innovating social management is a new requirement of social transformation in the new period of our country and a reform in the field of social management. The procuratorial institution is an important function entrusted by law to the procuratorial organ of our country. It undertakes the important duty of legal supervision over the execution of punishment and the supervision of the activity. It is cracking down on crime according to law and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of the supervised person. It plays an irreplaceable role in promoting the correct execution of penalty and supervising the activities in accordance with the law and in maintaining social harmony and stability. Fully performing the procuratorial functions of the prison and actively participating in strengthening and innovating social management is a major task facing the procuratorial departments of the institutions at present and in the future.
