【摘要】：正在司法體制改革背景下,作為法律守護者的檢察官的擔當意識和擔當精神顯得尤為重要。本文對檢察官擔當精神及培育路徑略作探討,以期對檢察職業(yè)精神的構建與踐行有所裨益。一、檢察官層面(一)樹立法治信仰。做一名真正具有擔當精神的檢察官,說起來容易,做起來難。檢察官要培育擔當精神,首先要建立對法治的信仰,樂于并敢于為法治作出奉獻和犧牲。作為法律守護人,如若對法
