【摘要】：正在司法體制改革背景下,作為法律守護(hù)者的檢察官的擔(dān)當(dāng)意識(shí)和擔(dān)當(dāng)精神顯得尤為重要。本文對(duì)檢察官擔(dān)當(dāng)精神及培育路徑略作探討,以期對(duì)檢察職業(yè)精神的構(gòu)建與踐行有所裨益。一、檢察官層面(一)樹(shù)立法治信仰。做一名真正具有擔(dān)當(dāng)精神的檢察官,說(shuō)起來(lái)容易,做起來(lái)難。檢察官要培育擔(dān)當(dāng)精神,首先要建立對(duì)法治的信仰,樂(lè)于并敢于為法治作出奉獻(xiàn)和犧牲。作為法律守護(hù)人,如若對(duì)法
