【摘要】：美國罪犯矯正制度中,危險評估與罪犯分類管理、循證矯正的新發(fā)展促進(jìn)了"監(jiān)區(qū)與社區(qū)一體化"的矯正模式。監(jiān)獄矯正與社區(qū)矯正在審前調(diào)查與審后追蹤、罪犯矯正資源共享、統(tǒng)一刑罰執(zhí)行權(quán)等方面已形成了較為成熟的銜接模式。借鑒美國相關(guān)做法,我國應(yīng)在監(jiān)獄矯正與社區(qū)矯正銜接方面加強審前調(diào)查與審后追蹤、罪犯矯正體系資源共享以及統(tǒng)一的刑罰執(zhí)行體系各環(huán)節(jié)配合等。
[Abstract]:In the American criminal correction system, the new development of risk assessment and classified management of criminals and evidence-based correction has promoted the correction mode of "the integration of prison area and community". Prison correction and community correction have formed a more mature mode of convergence in the aspects of pretrial investigation and post-trial tracking, sharing of criminal correction resources and unified execution of punishment. For reference of the relevant practices in the United States, our country should strengthen the connection between prison correction and community correction, strengthen the pretrial investigation and post-trial tracking, share the resources of the criminal correction system and coordinate with each link of the unified penalty enforcement system.
