【摘要】：傳統(tǒng)上我國(guó)的權(quán)力監(jiān)督體系包括人大監(jiān)督、民主監(jiān)督、黨內(nèi)監(jiān)督、法律監(jiān)督等監(jiān)督類型,法律監(jiān)督是憲法賦予檢察機(jī)關(guān)的權(quán)力,檢察機(jī)關(guān)的法律監(jiān)督在保證法律正確實(shí)施方面發(fā)揮重要作用。隨著監(jiān)察委員會(huì)改革的深入,國(guó)家監(jiān)察委員會(huì)作為新設(shè)立的國(guó)家監(jiān)督機(jī)關(guān),將在國(guó)家監(jiān)督體系中扮演極為重要的角色。檢察機(jī)關(guān)的法律監(jiān)督與監(jiān)察委員會(huì)監(jiān)督在歷史起源、監(jiān)督性質(zhì)、監(jiān)督對(duì)象、監(jiān)督權(quán)內(nèi)容方面存在差異和聯(lián)系。檢察機(jī)關(guān)和監(jiān)察委員會(huì)在國(guó)家監(jiān)督體系中應(yīng)加強(qiáng)合作交流,在互相監(jiān)督制約基礎(chǔ)上,建立工作銜接機(jī)制,共同推進(jìn)大監(jiān)督體系的建設(shè)。
[Abstract]:Traditionally, the power supervision system includes the supervision of the National People's Congress, democratic supervision, inner-party supervision, legal supervision and supervision, legal supervision is the constitutional power of procuratorial organs, the legal supervision of procuratorial organs to ensure the correct implementation of the law play an important role. With the deepening of the reform of the Commission, the National Commission for the new national supervisory authority the establishment of the national supervision system will play an important role. The supervision of the procuratorial organs of legal supervision and supervision committee in history, the nature of supervision, supervision object, differences and links of supervision. The procuratorial organs and the Commission should strengthen cooperation and exchanges in the state supervision system, supervision based on each other on the establishment of the convergence mechanism to jointly promote the construction of supervision system.
