基于TOPSIS和灰色關(guān)聯(lián)度的新疆優(yōu)勢(shì)產(chǎn)業(yè)評(píng)價(jià)研究
[Abstract]:The dominant industry plays an important role in the development of regional economy and the optimization of industrial structure. Under the historical opportunity of supporting Xinjiang with 19 provinces and cities, how to establish Xinjiang's own advantageous industry? Reasonable utilization of the funds, talents, technology and other resources provided by the brother provinces is the premise of the leap-forward development. The dominant industry not only emphasizes the original state of the abundance of resources, but also makes full use of the comparative advantage through technological innovation so as to have the competitiveness of the industry. How to improve the competitiveness of the superior industries in Xinjiang, this paper analyzes and compares the technological innovation, technical efficiency and industrial cluster, with a view to improving the technological innovation ability and the continuous development of the industrial cluster. In order to provide a powerful impetus for the development of Xinjiang's economy and the optimization and upgrading of its industrial structure, it is necessary to cultivate an advantageous industry which not only embodies the characteristics of Xinjiang's resources but also is truly competitive, so as to realize the purpose of Xinjiang's large resource province and strong economic province. In this paper, 36 industrial industries in Xinjiang are selected and evaluated, and their comparative advantages are analyzed by using location quotient method. Judging whether these 36 industrial industries have comparative advantages according to the score of location quotient. Finally, combining the score of location quotient and the resource endowment of Xinjiang, the rough selection results of dominant industries are obtained. According to the results of rough selection, this paper evaluates and analyzes the industrial competitiveness of the dominant industries in Xinjiang by using the method of multi-attribute decision-making (TOPSIS) and the method of grey correlation degree. The rough selection of 14 industrial industries is taken as the alternative scheme for decision-making, and the index system is established. The comprehensive proximity degree of 14 industries is calculated by TOPSIS and grey correlation to rank the industrial competitiveness. In this paper, the purpose of multi-attribute decision-making is to select the most competitive industry in the industrial industry, that is, the optimal scheme. According to the evaluation results of comparative advantage and competitive advantage, the petroleum and natural gas mining industry, the petroleum processing coking and nuclear fuel processing industry, the chemical fiber manufacturing industry and the chemical raw material and chemical products manufacturing industry, the non-ferrous metal mining industry, Coal mining and washing industry, ferrous metal mining and processing industry, ferrous metal smelting and press processing industry as the dominant industry in Xinjiang. And from the core factors of industrial competitiveness-technological innovation ability and industrial concentration degree of the selected advantage industries are analyzed and compared, according to the results of the analysis, the development direction and countermeasures are put forward. The specific research content of this paper is composed of the following aspects: (1) combing the domestic and foreign research status on the dominant industry and industrial technological innovation, and summarizing the concept, characteristics and evaluation methods of the superior industry, and so on. And then define the connotation of the dominant industry in this paper. The evaluation method and the scope of the evaluation object are compared and selected. (2) making use of the location quotient law to select the industrial industry in Xinjiang, and taking the industry whose location quotient is greater than or very close to 1 (0.75) as the object to evaluate the industrial competitiveness; The index system is established and the result of rough selection is evaluated by combining grey correlation method and approximation theory (topsis) method. Finally, the dominant industry of Xinjiang is selected. (3) according to the result of the selection, combining with the key driving force to improve the competitiveness of Xinjiang industry, this paper analyzes and studies the dominant industry in Xinjiang from the angle of technological innovation and industrial cluster, and then puts forward the direction of development of the dominant industry in Xinjiang. (4) according to the actual situation of Xinjiang and the need of development direction, this paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions from two aspects of improving the ability and construction of industrial technology innovation, optimizing the industrial cluster, in order to ensure the real realization of the value of the dominant industry in Xinjiang.
