【摘要】：正1.中國(guó)海商法協(xié)會(huì)《約克—安特衛(wèi)普規(guī)則》工作組于2016年4月20日召開(kāi)工作組會(huì)議,對(duì)國(guó)際海事委員會(huì)2016年《約克—安特衛(wèi)普規(guī)則》修改草稿逐條進(jìn)行了討論,并形成了意見(jiàn)。2.2016年4月28日,中國(guó)海商法協(xié)會(huì)召開(kāi)第十三屆十次秘書(shū)長(zhǎng)辦公會(huì),對(duì)2015年度申報(bào)研究課題最終成果進(jìn)行了評(píng)選,其中《海事訴訟中域外送達(dá)方式的理論研究與實(shí)踐探索》(作者:謝振銜)被評(píng)選為優(yōu)秀課題。中國(guó)海商法協(xié)會(huì)將給予1萬(wàn)元的經(jīng)費(fèi)資助。
[Abstract]:Regular 1. The working Group of the China Maritime Law Association on the "York-Antwerp rules" held a meeting on 20 April 2016 to discuss the draft amendments to the "York-Antwerp rules" of the International Maritime Committee in 2016. On April 28, 2016, the China Maritime Law Association held the 13th meeting of the 10th Secretary General's Office to select the final results of the research topics declared for the year 2015. Among them, "the theoretical Research and practical Exploration of overseas Service in Maritime Litigation" (author: Xie Zhen) was selected as an excellent subject. China Maritime Law Association will give 10,000 yuan of funding support.
