【摘要】：在經(jīng)濟快速發(fā)展的時代，產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)一直在變動。而且各個產(chǎn)業(yè)對經(jīng)濟增長的貢獻也不盡相同。一些關(guān)鍵性的優(yōu)勢產(chǎn)業(yè)往往對經(jīng)濟增長起著直接作用，而且其關(guān)聯(lián)效應(yīng)也很顯著，不僅可以帶動與其相關(guān)的產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展，而且有時還能決定未來該產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的發(fā)展方向和模式。不同的區(qū)域有著不同的發(fā)展階段，也具有不同的優(yōu)勢產(chǎn)業(yè)。隨著現(xiàn)代科學技術(shù)的迅速發(fā)展，新的產(chǎn)業(yè)部門不斷涌現(xiàn)，使得傳統(tǒng)的優(yōu)勢產(chǎn)業(yè)地位逐步下降。所以，如何更好的選擇區(qū)域優(yōu)勢產(chǎn)業(yè)將對區(qū)域未來經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展有著舉足輕重的意義。本研究以濟南都市圈為例，在大量資料分析和調(diào)研的基礎(chǔ)上，，以產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)理論、優(yōu)勢產(chǎn)業(yè)理論和可持續(xù)發(fā)展理論為指導(dǎo)，對濟南都市圈優(yōu)勢產(chǎn)業(yè)的選擇和發(fā)展模式進行了深入的研究。 在濟南都市圈這一區(qū)域范圍內(nèi)，本研究定性分析了目前濟南都市圈的發(fā)展條件，并分析了目前濟南都市圈的產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)現(xiàn)狀，運用定量分析選擇了濟南都市圈的優(yōu)勢產(chǎn)業(yè)，為濟南未來的產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展提出了建議。本文主要闡述了相關(guān)的理論基礎(chǔ)，總結(jié)了產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)理論、優(yōu)勢產(chǎn)業(yè)理論和可持續(xù)發(fā)展理論。并根據(jù)諸多理論提出了優(yōu)勢產(chǎn)業(yè)的內(nèi)涵和特征。主要分析了濟南都市圈的現(xiàn)狀研究，介紹了濟南都市圈的概況，對濟南都市圈優(yōu)勢產(chǎn)業(yè)的選擇進行了SWOT定性分析，最后對濟南都市圈的產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)現(xiàn)狀進行了研究和比較分析。經(jīng)過選擇和比較評價分析方法，進行了優(yōu)勢產(chǎn)業(yè)的定量分析研究，通過區(qū)位商法和主成分分析法進行了三次產(chǎn)業(yè)優(yōu)勢產(chǎn)業(yè)的選擇，定量分析出了第一產(chǎn)業(yè)、第二產(chǎn)業(yè)、第三產(chǎn)業(yè)中的優(yōu)勢產(chǎn)業(yè)，并對各個優(yōu)勢產(chǎn)業(yè)進行了總結(jié)。最后根據(jù)定量分析結(jié)果為濟南都市圈優(yōu)勢產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的模式提出了建議，可為濟南都市圈經(jīng)濟快速發(fā)展提供決策參考。 論文的創(chuàng)新點主要有：（1）綜合研究分析方法�；诋a(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)濟學、區(qū)域經(jīng)濟學、城市經(jīng)濟學、系統(tǒng)論等方法論，對濟南都市圈優(yōu)勢產(chǎn)業(yè)選擇問題進行系統(tǒng)分析和研究，在都市圈發(fā)展的過程中找到一些規(guī)律性的東西，并將其總結(jié)出來，可為都市圈城市的發(fā)展提供一定的技術(shù)支持。（2）當前我國的都市圈研究中，主要以大尺度空間為主，對中心城市在區(qū)域空間尺度的研究相對較少。本文選擇濟南都市圈內(nèi)各個縣市區(qū)為研究對象，并通過選擇合適的定量分析指標，找出濟南都市圈的優(yōu)勢產(chǎn)業(yè)，并提出了相應(yīng)的發(fā)展策略和建議。（3）通過本文的寫作，希望對濟南都市圈的發(fā)展和研究進行補充和完善，并對提高濟南都市圈優(yōu)勢產(chǎn)業(yè)的選擇起到一定的參考作用。同時，由于本人能力有限，對濟南都市圈優(yōu)勢產(chǎn)業(yè)的研究不夠深入和全面，提出的產(chǎn)業(yè)定位對策和發(fā)展趨勢也存在不妥之處，在今后的學習與研究中將不斷完善。
[Abstract]:In the era of rapid economic development, the industrial structure has been changing. And the contribution of each industry to economic growth is also different. Some key industries often play a direct role in economic growth, and their correlation effect is also very significant. It can not only drive the development of related industries, but also sometimes determine the future development direction and mode of the industrial structure. Different regions have different stages of development and different industries. With the rapid development of modern science and technology, new industrial departments are emerging, which makes the traditional advantage industry status decline gradually. Therefore, how to better choose the regional advantage industry will play an important role in the development of regional economy in the future. This research takes Jinan metropolitan area as an example, on the basis of a lot of data analysis and investigation, guided by industrial structure theory, advantage industry theory and sustainable development theory. This paper studies the choice and development mode of advantage industry in Jinan metropolitan area. In the regional scope of Jinan Metropolitan Circle, this study qualitatively analyzes the development conditions of Jinan Metropolitan Circle, analyzes the present industrial structure of Jinan Metropolitan Circle, and selects the dominant industry of Jinan Metropolitan Circle by quantitative analysis. Some suggestions are put forward for the future industrial development of Jinan. This paper mainly expounds the relevant theoretical basis, summarizes the industrial structure theory, the advantage industry theory and the sustainable development theory. And put forward the connotation and characteristic of advantage industry according to many theories. This paper mainly analyzes the present situation of Jinan Metropolitan Circle, introduces the general situation of Jinan Metropolitan Circle, makes a SWOT qualitative analysis on the choice of dominant industries in Jinan Metropolitan Circle, and finally studies and compares the present situation of the Industrial structure of Jinan Metropolitan Circle. Through the selection and comparative evaluation and analysis method, the paper carries on the quantitative analysis research of the advantage industry, through the location quotient law and the principal component analysis method has carried on the three industrial superiority industry choice, has quantitatively analyzed the primary industry, the second industry, The advantage industry in the tertiary industry, and has carried on the summary to each superiority industry. Finally, according to the results of quantitative analysis, some suggestions are put forward for the development mode of the dominant industry in Jinan Metropolitan area, which can provide a decision reference for the rapid economic development of Jinan Metropolitan area. The innovations of this paper are as follows: (1) Comprehensive research and analysis method. Based on the methodology of industrial economics, regional economics, urban economics and system theory, this paper makes a systematic analysis and research on the choice of advantageous industries in Jinan metropolitan area, and finds some regular things in the course of the development of the metropolitan area. It can provide some technical support for the development of metropolitan area city. (2) in the current study of metropolitan area in China, the main research is the large scale space, but the research of the central city in the regional space scale is relatively few. This paper chooses every county and city district in Jinan metropolitan area as the research object, and by choosing suitable quantitative analysis index, finds out the advantage industry of Jinan metropolitan area, and puts forward the corresponding development strategy and suggestion. (3) through the writing of this paper, The author hopes to supplement and perfect the development and research of Jinan Metropolitan area and play a certain reference role in improving the choice of dominant industry in Jinan Metropolitan area. At the same time, due to my limited ability, the research on the advantages of Jinan metropolitan area industry is not deep and comprehensive enough, the proposed industrial positioning countermeasures and development trends are also inappropriate, in the future study and research will continue to improve.
