【摘要】：為了準(zhǔn)確評估我國農(nóng)村女童保護(hù)政策的有效性,在實(shí)踐上對其權(quán)利保障現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行深入研究尤為必要�；�6032份問卷調(diào)查的結(jié)果,可以觀察到目前我國農(nóng)村女童在物質(zhì)條件的獲取上已經(jīng)較為充裕,但在生活照顧、行為控制、心理干預(yù)和被侵害保護(hù)等服務(wù)層面仍然面臨著巨大困境;同時(shí),農(nóng)村女童的權(quán)利保障狀況不會(huì)隨著年齡的增長而自動(dòng)改善,且以單親女童、貧困女童和雙親外出留守女童為主體的弱勢女童普遍面臨著更為嚴(yán)峻的現(xiàn)實(shí)壓力。因此,未來應(yīng)當(dāng)以家庭支持型社會(huì)政策為基本依托,注重不同年齡階段女童的服務(wù)性訴求,對特殊困難女童施以優(yōu)先照顧。
[Abstract]:In order to accurately evaluate the effectiveness of rural girls' protection policy in China, it is particularly necessary to study the present situation of their rights protection in practice. Based on the results of 6032 questionnaires, it can be observed that the rural girls in China are already abundant in the acquisition of material conditions, but they are still facing great difficulties in the service level of life care, behavior control, psychological intervention and infringed protection. At the same time, the protection of the rights of rural girls will not automatically improve with the increase of age, and the vulnerable girls with single-parent girls, poor girls and left-behind girls with both parents going out are generally facing more severe practical pressure. Therefore, in the future, we should rely on the social policy of family support, pay attention to the service demands of girls of different ages, and give priority to girls with special difficulties.
