【摘要】：知識產(chǎn)權(quán)質(zhì)押是一種新型的質(zhì)押方式,它對解決科技型中小企業(yè)融資難的問題提供了新的途徑。面對山西省科技型中小企業(yè)知識產(chǎn)權(quán)質(zhì)押融資現(xiàn)狀,結(jié)合我國知識產(chǎn)權(quán)質(zhì)押傳統(tǒng)模式和新型模式的對比分析可知,政府的參與、協(xié)調(diào)與推動是知識產(chǎn)權(quán)質(zhì)押融資順利發(fā)展的重要驅(qū)動力。為此,山西省政府應(yīng)盡快制定知識產(chǎn)權(quán)質(zhì)押融資的法律法規(guī),完善相關(guān)政策,建立健全知識產(chǎn)權(quán)質(zhì)押融資服務(wù)平臺,真正建立起"政府推動型"知識產(chǎn)權(quán)質(zhì)押融資模式,不斷推進(jìn)科技型中小企業(yè)快速發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Intellectual property pledge is a new way of pledge, which provides a new way to solve the financing problem of small and medium-sized scientific and technological enterprises. In the face of the present situation of intellectual property pledge financing of science and technology small and medium-sized enterprises in Shanxi Province, combined with the comparative analysis of the traditional mode and the new mode of intellectual property pledge in China, it can be seen that the participation, coordination and promotion of the government are the important driving forces for the smooth development of intellectual property pledge financing. Therefore, the Shanxi provincial government should formulate the laws and regulations of intellectual property pledge financing as soon as possible, perfect the relevant policies, establish and perfect the intellectual property pledge financing service platform, truly establish the "government-promoted" intellectual property pledge financing model, and constantly promote the rapid development of scientific and technological small and medium-sized enterprises.
