【摘要】：老年人信息權(quán)是指老年人占有相關(guān)信息、知曉相關(guān)與自己權(quán)益有關(guān)的情況的權(quán)利。它具有使老年人權(quán)益完整化、時(shí)代化、社會(huì)化和法治化的價(jià)值。然而,由于老年人知識(shí)滯后、生活空間相對(duì)封閉、老年人與中青年人的代際差和老年人生活節(jié)奏緩慢而使這一權(quán)益的實(shí)現(xiàn)受到阻滯。就我國(guó)目前老年人信息權(quán)的保障而言,應(yīng)當(dāng)首先有相應(yīng)的制度設(shè)計(jì),通過(guò)這樣的制度設(shè)計(jì),老年人信息權(quán)才能夠成為老年人權(quán)益體系中的基本構(gòu)成,才能夠使老年人信息權(quán)的保障有完整的制度支撐。應(yīng)當(dāng)構(gòu)建老年人新知識(shí)的普及制度、老年人網(wǎng)絡(luò)系統(tǒng)的專門化制度、老年人精神關(guān)愛(ài)制度、老年人社會(huì)協(xié)商對(duì)話制度和老年人群體的社會(huì)開(kāi)放制度。
[Abstract]:The right to information of the elderly refers to the right of the elderly to take possession of relevant information and to know the relevant information about the rights and interests of the elderly. It has the value of integrating the rights and interests of the aged, the times, the socialization and the law. However, due to the lag of the knowledge of the elderly, the relative closure of living space, the intergenerational difference between the aged and the middle-aged people and the slow pace of the life of the elderly, the realization of this interest is blocked. In the light of the guarantee of the information right of the old people in our country, it is necessary to have the corresponding system design. Through such a system design, the information right of the old people can be the basic structure in the system of the old people's rights and interests, so that the guarantee of the information right of the old people is supported by a complete system. The universal system of the new knowledge of the old people, the specialized system of the old people's network system, the system of the old people's mental care, the social consultation and dialogue system of the old people and the social open system of the old people should be constructed.
