【摘要】：正新聞業(yè)是以創(chuàng)作和傳播新聞作品為核心的內(nèi)容產(chǎn)業(yè),新聞作品版權(quán)的法律保護(hù)對(duì)這個(gè)行業(yè)具有天然的重要性。2014年6月,"今日頭條"與傳統(tǒng)媒體之間的版權(quán)糾紛鬧得沸沸揚(yáng)揚(yáng),雖然"今日頭條"CEO張一鳴聲明已與發(fā)生版權(quán)糾紛的媒體簽訂合作協(xié)議、達(dá)成和解,但這樣的版權(quán)糾紛仍然持續(xù)不斷,法學(xué)界、傳媒界對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)作品的版權(quán)爭(zhēng)議也從來(lái)沒(méi)有停止。2016年4月26日,百名自媒體人發(fā)出《聯(lián)合維權(quán)公開(kāi)信》,控訴"一點(diǎn)資訊"利用技術(shù)手段將自媒體人的原創(chuàng)作品復(fù)制、
[Abstract]:The legal protection of copyright in news works is of natural importance to the industry, which is a content industry with the creation and dissemination of news works as its core. The copyright dispute between "Today's headlines" and traditional media has been rife. Although "headline Today" CEO Zhang Yi-ming has announced that he has signed a cooperation agreement with the media where the copyright dispute has occurred and reached a settlement, such copyright disputes are still ongoing. Legal circles and the media have never stopped the controversy over the copyright of online works. On April 26, 2016, 100 self-media people issued an "Open letter on United Rights in Rights," accusing "a little bit of information" of copying original works from media people by means of technology.
