【摘要】：正《中共中央國務(wù)院關(guān)于完善產(chǎn)權(quán)保護制度依法保護產(chǎn)權(quán)的意見》對進一步完善現(xiàn)代產(chǎn)權(quán)制度、推進產(chǎn)權(quán)保護法治化作出了全面部署。這是我國首次以中央名義出臺的專門針對產(chǎn)權(quán)保護的頂層設(shè)計,其站位高遠、意義重大,標(biāo)志著我國正在步入全面推進產(chǎn)權(quán)保護法治化的新時代。全面推進產(chǎn)權(quán)保護法治化,既是歸因于改革開放以來經(jīng)濟發(fā)展成就的經(jīng)驗總結(jié),也是立基于經(jīng)
[Abstract]:The views of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on perfecting the system of property right protection according to law have made a comprehensive plan for further improving the modern property right system and promoting the legalization of property rights protection. This is the first time in the name of the central government to introduce the top-level design for the protection of property rights, which stands high and has great significance. It indicates that our country is stepping into a new era of comprehensively promoting the legalization of property rights protection. Promoting the legalization of property right protection in an all-round way is not only a summary of the economic development achievements since the reform and opening up, but also based on the classics.
