【摘要】：隨著老齡化進(jìn)程的加劇以及核心家庭的迅速增加,機(jī)構(gòu)養(yǎng)老成為部分老年人主動(dòng)或被動(dòng)的選擇。然而大多數(shù)入住民營(yíng)養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu)的老年人在一定程度上遭受了暴力虐待,這些暴力可以粗略劃分為軟暴力和硬暴力。機(jī)構(gòu)護(hù)工個(gè)人素質(zhì)不高、機(jī)構(gòu)缺乏監(jiān)管、老年人子女的疏忽都是導(dǎo)致老年人虐待發(fā)生的原因。緩解對(duì)策主要包括:一是要完善相關(guān)法律法規(guī)和制度建設(shè),二是民營(yíng)養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu)要加強(qiáng)監(jiān)管和控制,三是護(hù)工要提高個(gè)人素質(zhì)和技能,四是老年人的子女要加強(qiáng)對(duì)老年人的關(guān)注,五是老年人要加強(qiáng)自我保護(hù),尋求積極干預(yù),六是要加強(qiáng)第三方的監(jiān)督和評(píng)估。
[Abstract]:With the aggravation of the aging process and the rapid increase of nuclear families, institutional pension has become the active or passive choice of some elderly people. However, the majority of the elderly in private pension institutions suffer from violence to some extent, which can be roughly divided into soft violence and hard violence. The personal quality of institutional nursing workers is not high, the institutions lack of supervision, and the negligence of children of the elderly are the causes of elder abuse. The mitigation measures mainly include: first, to improve the construction of relevant laws, regulations and systems; second, to strengthen the supervision and control of private pension institutions; third, to improve the personal quality and skills of nursing workers; and fourth, to strengthen the attention of the children of the elderly to the elderly. Fifth, the elderly should strengthen self-protection, seek active intervention, and sixth, strengthen the third-party supervision and evaluation.
