【摘要】：正在我國,隨著社會成員財富的積累和風(fēng)險來源的多元化,人們的金融服務(wù)需求日趨旺盛,但與此同時,大額存款丟失、信用卡盜刷等金融消費者權(quán)益受損事件也時常見諸報端。黨的十八屆四中全會明確提出,要增強全民法治觀念,推進法治社會建設(shè)。而加強金融消費者保護工作,正是全面推進依法治國的一項具體實踐,有助于改善我國金融服務(wù)供給水平,增
[Abstract]:In our country, with the accumulation of wealth and diversification of risk sources, people's demand for financial services is growing, but at the same time, large deposits are lost. Credit card theft and other financial consumer rights and interests are often reported. The fourth Plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee explicitly proposed to strengthen the concept of the rule of law among the whole people and promote the construction of a society ruled by law. Strengthening the protection of financial consumers is a concrete practice of comprehensively promoting the rule of law, which will help to improve the supply of financial services in China.
