【摘要】：隨著大數(shù)據(jù)時(shí)代的到來(lái),泄露飯店客人信息數(shù)據(jù),侵害飯店客人隱私權(quán)的事件時(shí)有發(fā)生,有些甚至已到了令人觸目驚人心的程度。隱私權(quán)是人格尊嚴(yán)的重要內(nèi)容,是公民自由的重要內(nèi)容之一,飯店客人隱私權(quán)因其敏感度較高更容易受到侵害,這已是大數(shù)據(jù)時(shí)代飯店經(jīng)營(yíng)者需要面臨的現(xiàn)實(shí)問(wèn)題。要解決這一問(wèn)題,需要從制度著手,構(gòu)建社會(huì)一體化的自然人隱私綜合保護(hù)機(jī)制,將飯店客人隱私權(quán)作為一項(xiàng)重要內(nèi)容納入其中進(jìn)行綜合保護(hù)。同時(shí),飯店企業(yè)也要結(jié)合本單位特點(diǎn),建章立制,強(qiáng)化措施,全方位加強(qiáng)對(duì)客人隱私權(quán)的綜合保護(hù)。
[Abstract]:With the arrival of big data era, the leakage of hotel guest information data, the invasion of hotel guests privacy incidents have occurred from time to time, some have even reached an alarming degree. The right to privacy is an important part of human dignity and one of the important contents of civil freedom. The hotel guest privacy right is more vulnerable to infringement because of its high sensitivity, which has become a realistic problem that hotel operators have to face in big data's time. In order to solve this problem, we should start with the system, construct the comprehensive protection mechanism of the privacy of natural persons, and take the hotel guests' privacy as an important part to carry on the comprehensive protection. At the same time, hotel enterprises should combine the characteristics of the unit, establish regulations, strengthen measures, and strengthen the comprehensive protection of guest privacy.
