【摘要】：對大數(shù)據(jù)時(shí)代的"微版權(quán)"現(xiàn)象進(jìn)行解讀,"微版權(quán)"不僅指微博,還包括微小篇幅的微信、微電影、微小說等,以及在單次授權(quán)中交易價(jià)值微小的版權(quán)。探討在大數(shù)據(jù)時(shí)代下"微版權(quán)"保護(hù)中利益失衡的表現(xiàn)提出大數(shù)據(jù)時(shí)代下構(gòu)建微版權(quán)保護(hù)利益平衡機(jī)制的思路。
[Abstract]:This paper interprets the phenomenon of "micro-copyright" in big data's time, which refers not only to Weibo, but also to micro-length WeChat, micro-movies, micro-novels, etc. This paper probes into the imbalance of interests in the protection of micro-copyright under big data's time and puts forward the idea of constructing the mechanism of balancing the interests of micro-copyright protection under the age of big data.
