【摘要】：在經(jīng)濟(jì)飛速發(fā)展的今天,信息產(chǎn)業(yè)已經(jīng)成為了經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的支柱之一。由于互聯(lián)網(wǎng)本身的便捷性、資源傳輸?shù)目焖傩砸约皩?shí)時(shí)性等特點(diǎn),使之成為一個(gè)熱門和首選的平臺(tái),因?yàn)槠浞秶臄U(kuò)大和普及催生了市場(chǎng)。但網(wǎng)絡(luò)本身在一定層次上脫離了物質(zhì)世界又附帶著無(wú)數(shù)的利益,對(duì)利益的侵害同樣變得方便快捷,低成本高收益。本文認(rèn)為有效的解決方案應(yīng)當(dāng)同時(shí)從技術(shù)角度分別對(duì)各方面進(jìn)行分析和指出漏洞,從立法和政策方面探討改善和解決之途徑。
[Abstract]:In the rapid economic development today, the information industry has become one of the pillars of economic development. Because of the convenience of the Internet, the rapid transmission of resources and real-time, it has become a popular and preferred platform, because of its expansion and popularization of the market. However, the network itself breaks away from the material world on a certain level and has numerous benefits, so the infringement of interest becomes convenient and fast, low cost and high profit. This paper holds that effective solutions should be analyzed and pointed out respectively from the technical point of view, and the ways of improvement and solution should be explored from the aspects of legislation and policy.
