【摘要】：隨著人工智能與相應(yīng)技術(shù)的快速發(fā)展,展示了人工智能發(fā)展的無限可能性與潛力。但在人工智能不斷發(fā)展同時(shí),與之相應(yīng)的問題也接踵而來。人工智能的創(chuàng)作物能否成為作品從而受到《著作權(quán)法》的保護(hù)?如果對(duì)其進(jìn)行保護(hù),利弊如何等。而我國(guó)立法尚未對(duì)這些問題做出相應(yīng)的具體規(guī)定。本文從我國(guó)人工智能的界定出發(fā),對(duì)人工智能創(chuàng)作物進(jìn)行不同角度的分析,并就人工智能有關(guān)的著作權(quán)問題進(jìn)行研究。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of artificial intelligence and corresponding technology, the infinite possibility and potential of the development of artificial intelligence have been demonstrated. But with the continuous development of artificial intelligence, the corresponding problems have followed. Can the creation of artificial intelligence become a work and thus be protected by the Copyright Law? If it is protected, what are the pros and cons? However, China's legislation has not yet made specific provisions on these issues. Starting from the definition of artificial intelligence in China, this paper analyzes AI creations from different perspectives and studies the copyright issues related to AI.
