【摘要】：隨著網(wǎng)盤的普及,網(wǎng)絡(luò)作品的復(fù)制和傳播形式發(fā)生了巨大的變化。網(wǎng)盤在給用戶帶來便利的同時(shí),在網(wǎng)絡(luò)版權(quán)保護(hù)方面也面臨極大的挑戰(zhàn),對(duì)網(wǎng)盤服務(wù)中版權(quán)保護(hù)需要各方及時(shí)采取應(yīng)對(duì)措施:不斷完善網(wǎng)絡(luò)版權(quán)保護(hù)的法律制度;不斷完善技術(shù),加強(qiáng)事前監(jiān)管;重新定位版權(quán)集體管理組織的角色,重構(gòu)合理使用制度;組建"專業(yè)打假團(tuán)隊(duì)",加強(qiáng)監(jiān)督。努力實(shí)現(xiàn)網(wǎng)絡(luò)版權(quán)保護(hù)制度的體系化,促進(jìn)網(wǎng)盤服務(wù)的規(guī)范化。
[Abstract]:With the popularization of web disc, the form of reproduction and dissemination of network works has changed greatly. The network disk brings convenience to the user at the same time, also faces the enormous challenge in the network copyright protection aspect, the copyright protection in the network disk service needs each party to take the response measure in time: unceasingly consummates the network copyright protection legal system; We should constantly improve technology, strengthen prior supervision, reposition the role of collective copyright management organizations, reconstruct the system of rational use, and set up "professional anti-counterfeiting teams" to strengthen supervision. Make great efforts to realize the systematization of network copyright protection system and promote the standardization of network disk service.
