【摘要】:版權(quán)教育作為一種凝聚共識的版權(quán)保護柔性戰(zhàn)略近年來受到各國的普遍關(guān)注。當前我國的版權(quán)教育仍存在現(xiàn)狀認知與觀念認知的盲點,以及路徑選擇和實施手段上的策略誤區(qū)。在數(shù)字出版業(yè)共生創(chuàng)新范式下,版權(quán)教育應以"互利融合、動態(tài)調(diào)適與路徑創(chuàng)設(shè)"為原則,建立規(guī)范機制、激勵機制與軟性措施相結(jié)合的政策組合。
[Abstract]:Copyright education, as a flexible strategy of copyright protection, has been paid more and more attention in recent years. At present, copyright education in our country still has blind spots of cognition and concept cognition, as well as strategic misunderstandings in path selection and implementation means. Under the symbiotic innovation paradigm of digital publishing industry, copyright education should be based on the principle of "mutual benefit integration, dynamic adjustment and path creation", and the policy combination of normative mechanism, incentive mechanism and soft measures should be established.
