【摘要】：2014年全球數(shù)字音樂收入與實體音樂收入首次持平,但數(shù)字音樂盜版、非法使用等版權(quán)問題頻出�；谏虡I(yè)生態(tài)系統(tǒng)視角,聯(lián)系數(shù)字音樂版權(quán)管理發(fā)展的背景,以騰訊QQ音樂付費版權(quán)管理為例,嘗試揭示數(shù)字音樂版權(quán)管理的商業(yè)生態(tài)現(xiàn)象,構(gòu)建以QQ音樂為中心的商業(yè)生態(tài)系統(tǒng)模型,及探究其付費版權(quán)管理路徑傳導(dǎo)機制,并從政府、數(shù)字音樂服務(wù)商,數(shù)字音樂技術(shù)提供者、消費者等角度為數(shù)字音樂付費版權(quán)管理路徑更好的工作提出合理化建議,以期對促進我國數(shù)字音樂版權(quán)管理的健康發(fā)展建言獻策。
[Abstract]:In 2014, global digital music revenue and real music income were first flat, but copyright issues such as digital music piracy and illegal use were frequent. Based on the perspective of the commercial ecosystem and the background of the development of digital music copyright management, the commercial ecological phenomenon of digital music copyright management was revealed by taking the TECAN QQ music copyright management as an example. To build a commercial ecosystem model centered on QQ music, and to explore the transmission mechanism of its paid copyright management path, and to make reasonable suggestions for the better work of digital music payment copyright management path from the perspectives of the government, digital music service providers, digital music technology providers, consumers and so on, with a view to promoting the digital music copyright in China. Suggestions for the healthy development of management.
