【摘要】：經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展往往會給人類社會帶來巨大影響,第二次世界大戰(zhàn)以后,伴隨著人們生育觀念的變遷,我國的人口結(jié)構(gòu)發(fā)生了很大的變化。在生育觀和生育狀況方面表現(xiàn)為少子化,在人口年齡結(jié)構(gòu)方面則表現(xiàn)為人口高齡化。與老年人口占總?cè)丝诒壤粩嘣黾有纬甚r明對比的是我國人口生育率的下降,年輕人口在總?cè)丝谥械谋戎夭粩嘟档�。在這樣的人口老齡化背景下如何保障老年人的權(quán)益是一個關(guān)系到我國社會發(fā)展的重大問題。通過對老年人群的細分研究,我們發(fā)現(xiàn)在老年人口中占大部分比例的是老年女性人口。因此研究如何保障老年女性權(quán)益對于維持社會的安定和諧具有重要意義。當(dāng)前我國老年女性的權(quán)益保護面臨著諸多難題,隨著我國人口老齡化速度的加快,老齡女性化的趨勢也將日益明顯。與老年男性群體相比,我國老年女性群體不但面臨年齡弱勢還面臨著性別弱勢。老年女性權(quán)益問題能否得到妥善解決關(guān)系著我國社會的總體穩(wěn)定。本文立足于我國老年女性權(quán)益國情,通過研究力圖揭示出我國老年女性權(quán)益保障面臨的問題,并發(fā)現(xiàn)我國老年女性權(quán)益保障面臨的不足,最后為制定老年女性政策提供有益的建議。
[Abstract]:The development of economy often brings great influence to human society. After the second World War, with the change of people's conception of fertility, the population structure of our country has changed a lot. The conception of fertility and fertility status are minority and the age structure of population is the aging of population. In contrast to the increasing proportion of the aged population to the total population, the fertility rate of China's population is declining, and the proportion of the young population in the total population is decreasing. How to protect the rights and interests of the elderly under the background of aging population is a major problem related to the social development of our country. Through the study of the elderly population, we found that the majority of the elderly population is the elderly female population. Therefore, it is important to study how to protect the rights and interests of elderly women to maintain social stability and harmony. At present, the protection of the rights and interests of the elderly women in China is facing many difficulties. With the acceleration of the aging of the population, the trend of the feminization of aging will become increasingly obvious. Compared with the old men, the elderly women in our country face not only the age weakness but also the gender disadvantage. Whether the rights and interests of elderly women can be properly solved is related to the overall stability of our society. Based on the situation of the rights and interests of the elderly women in China, this paper tries to reveal the problems faced by the protection of the rights and interests of the elderly women in China, and finds out the shortcomings of the protection of the rights and interests of the elderly women in our country. Finally, some useful suggestions are provided for the policy of elderly women.
